It includes large front and back decks, screened in porch, private beach, lots of entertaining areas, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, games ... Master - King bed, ocean view and walk out to a private deck. Master bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate His and Hers vanitity/toilet rooms. 2nd bedroom - King bed, ocean view with walk out to a shared deck and shared hallway bathroom. 3rd bedroom - 2 bunk beds, twin over full, shared hallway bathroom. Large living room with custom BAR, dining room seating up to 12, two large decks, one screend in porch. Large entertainment area under the house, with a bathroom, BAR, grill, dining table, kayaks, bikes, and games. Other things to note Kayaks, paddleboard, and bikes are for the guests to enjoy.
