Romantic Tiny Home With Loft

We designed and built our “the Tiny Home” with our guests’ experience in mind, sparing no detail or amenity to create a peaceful outdoor getaway. Every detail has been carefully prepared for your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee and our farm-fresh eggs from the covered patio – if the air is chilly, turn on the gas fire table. Stay on-site throughout the day and read a book or take a long nap in the hammock, explore the ranch for wildlife and animal views, or cool off in the soaking tub. The space In the evening, grill steaks or veggies for dinner and enjoy a glass or bottle of wine (whose counting!?). Nights are spent under the Texas skies in a private hot tub for two before slipping into your ultra-comfy bed. Be sure and turn off the lights and open the doors to the outside to experience the sounds of the hill country as you drift off to dreamland. Decorated in “Hill Country Ranch Chic” the house is larger than expected with high ceilings, a wall of windows, and french doors that open to the patio. A queen-size antique cast-iron bed is outfitted with luxury linens, pillows, a soft quilt, and an extra throw. The large, covered patio provides additional living space with a seating area, gas fire table, and a hot tub just steps from the door. Prepare bacon and our farm-fresh eggs on the Blackstone grill and enjoy your breakfast at either the indoor or outdoor dining table. Guest access The ceramic tiled floor is covered with a soft cow-hide rug and a plush, custom-made leather and cowhide chaise lounge that invites you to watch birds and other wildlife. The fun loft space has just enough room for a game of cards, reading a book, or watching a movie on the 32″ TV with Roku and DVD player. One full wall includes a small kitchen with a sink, coffee pot, microwave, a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, and a double burner hot plate with a selection of cookware and dishes. We provide plenty of fixin’s for coffee or hot tea and a small selection of spices and condiments. A small dining table provides a place for breakfast, food prep, or a laptop. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the space by a sliding barn door with a custom-designed vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. There’s so much to do and explore, you’ll easily fill your days with fun. Explore the local area, nearby parks or quaint small towns or lace up your hiking boots and explore our 72-acres to your heart’s delight. Don’t leave without meeting our beloved Texas Longhorns, snapping photos of the serene Hill Country landscape, and soaking in the galvanized Hill Country splash pool. You’ll want to come back to this Hondo, Texas vacation home year after year. Other things to note Guests are not allowed to bring their pets or any animals in the property.
