We only host dogs, there is a pet fee and rules for pets. Please ask about trailers. Add all guests for accurate pricing. The space Our space is relaxing, peaceful, private, and comfortable. It's perfect for families and kids of all ages. The beds are all very cozy, especially the memory foam king bed! You will melt into the leather couches and the recliners are so nice to kick back in. We love the location! You get the countryside feel, with all convenient amenities near by. You will love the large mature trees, the big back field, the birds, and the breeze. This is a non smoking property. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. If a smoke smell is detected, or any smoking related items are found after checkout, we will charge extra cleaning fees in accordance with the damage, as well as a $500 fee for breaking our house rules. We love our home, and smoking is absolutely not allowed here. By booking with us, you agree to honor our house rules. Please do not drive on the grass Guest access Guests will have access to the washer and dryer on the premises. The back yard is not fully fenced and is open in the back to a large field. There is a small bungalow behind and to the right of the property that shares the drive way. It is also a rental, and they are completely seperate and private, with their own parking spaces and private patios. They both are open to the back field with no back fence, so please do not go in their private space from the back yard. If you would like to rent both, please message me. Other things to note If you are towing a trailer, driving an RV, or have multiple cars, please let us know. We may charge a fee for large trailers or extra vehicles. PETS: We only host well mannered, potty trained, and crate trained dogs that are not aggressive. No cats or other animals besides pups. All dogs must be added to your reservation as there is a $20 pet fee, per pet, per night. Maximum of 2 dogs. We ask that they are kept off of furniture, and use their own blankets and towels. If you have to leave them alone for any reason, they must go in their kennel to avoid accidents. All droppings must be picked up upon checkout. The back yard is open to a large back field, there may be pets and children in adjoining yards, so be aware of these things. No 3rd party bookings. Please request the actual dates you want to stay. If a date is not available for a reservation request, please do not inquire about that date, it is booked already. We do not supply personal body care items like shampoo and shower gel, so make sure you bring those items. We have a regular lawn service and pest service that may be there to service the home during your stay. We will communicate this with you and they will knock to let you know they are there.
