Guest access Guests have private access to the apartment unit and the covered porch area beneath the upper deck. The backyard is a shared space for all guests, while the front yard is reserved for owner use and is where our dog spends time when she’s outside. Please note that there is a second short-term rental apartment located in a separate area of the basement. Each unit has its own private entrance and living space, and we’ve designed the layout to ensure privacy and comfort for everyone. Other things to note We have a well-behaved 60 lb dog who is often outside but always supervised and on leash. You can see a photo of her in the listing. She may bark briefly when you arrive and can be a little timid at first, but she is gentle and very friendly once she gets to know you. This is a basement apartment in a shared home. While the property is generally quiet, you may occasionally hear footsteps from above or a dog bark when someone comes to the front door.
