There is a $50 charge for staying a 1/2 hour past check and $100 for every half hour after that. ✅ Wildlife & Insects – Important Info Our cabin is surrounded by nature, which means occasional wildlife or insects are part of the mountain experience. Bears live in the area. Never feed them or leave food outside or in your vehicle. Keep car doors locked Wildlife sightings may happen — they are not cause for concern or refund. We have regular pest control, but bugs may still appear due to the wooded location. This is normal and not refundable. Thanks for respecting the natural environment that makes this place special! ✅ 💧 Water Notice Well water is different from city water and may occasionally have a distinct smell or feel. This can vary based on seasonal changes, water levels, and weather conditions. Rest assured, the water is treated and safe to use throughout your stay. ✅ We use a Ring camera to patrol the driveway and cul-de-sac area of our cabin. Ring cameras are activated by motion and record anyone who walks in front of them. If we believe the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access this camera in real time.
