Renovated Waterfront Retreat!

A jaw-dropping waterfront, beach entry retreat overlooking the glistening waters of Lake Winnisquam. A blend of rustic charm w/ chic modern contemporary finishes offers an elegant yet cozy sanctuary. Max 6 adults and 4 kids.7 night min. stay for June, July & August & Sat. to Sat. rentals only. 3 night min. for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas New Years & school vacation. Dock is shared with owner for boat access. Guests must electronically sign a short term contract w/ copy of ID after booking The space Bedroom 1 - the bunk room, on main floor. Includes a full bed, and two twin beds. This room is across from the 3/4 bathroom. Bedroom 2 - on 2nd floor. Two full beds Bedroom 3 - on second floor, one king sized bed. Please note, the 2nd floor has a full bathroom off of the primary suite. Other things to note Guest must sign short term rental agreement/contract within 48 hours of booking. Max 6 adults and 4 kids.
