The space This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suites, 3 full bathrooms and a large open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining area. The home has central air and commercial grade I-wave air purification system. Our new home will comfortably accommodate your group of 8 adults and two children or any combination of 10. We have 4 queen beds and 2 rollaway beds. Located just steps from Lodi State Park and Marina, which has beautiful play grounds ,walking trails, and a public boat launch. The property is midpoint between Watkins Glen and Geneva. There are approximately 40 wineries, breweries and restaurants between the home and Watkins Glen. Renting this beautiful home, surrounded by nature and water, is just what you need for your next vacation. You won’t be disappointed and will create many lasting memories at the new Mott’s Lakefront Landing! Guest access You will have access to the entire property. A private beach area, dock , kayaks, paddle boat, also come with the rental. There is ample parking for 4 cars in the front or rear of the house. Other things to note We have been managing our vacation rental business at another property which we now live in successfully for 5 1/2 years.
