This 1-bedroom 2-bathroom 2-story fully furnished beach front condo within the gated community of Pinnacle Port is located right between the Gulf of America and Lake Powell on the far west end of Panama City Beach Florida. Camp Helen State Park located beach front directly on the west side of this condo complex. Guest access Keyless entry provided in Check-In Details one (1) week prior to arrival via email. Symliv link provided in the check-in details for parking registration must be copied and pasted to your browser to enter registration information and make payment for the QR code to be generated. Upon arrival, at the gate you only need to show the provided QR code for scanning. You will also receive all property details in the check-in details that include the specific amenity code for each property that affords you access to all of the on-site amenities. Other things to note Departure Check List: Check-Out is no later than 10 AM unless approved by the Manager on Duty. If you are not out by 10 AM, you will be charged $50.00 for the additional time. Any time over two (2) hours from check-out without prior approval will be charged the appropriate daily room rate and applicable taxes. PARKING PASSES: Please place any unused parking passes back on the kitchen counter (if applicable). We hope you enjoyed your stay with us! PROPERTY CHECKLIST: ***Please*** All furniture should be returned to its original location, if moved. Turn off all lights and TV's. Take out all trash to outside bins or take to the trash chute where applicable. Remove and dispose of all food items from the refrigerator and pantry/cabinets. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in the dishwasher (If applicable) and turn it on to wash. If there is no dishwasher, please wash all dishes and leave them on the counter to dry. Ensure all windows, sliding doors, and doors are locked. Double check to make sure you've collected ALL of your personal items (We are not responsible to return any items left behind) Set A/C temperature back to 74 (Auto) Please pull all sheets from beds/sofa beds in a pile with any dirty towels for pick-up on the bedroom floor. If all check-out requirements are not met, please note you may be subject to a non-compliance charge of no less than $100.00.
