The space A barn built in 2016 with comfortable living spaces and modern conveniences. Property includes electric BBQ, picnic table, trees, boat ramp, carport for boat, cantilevered pier on river. A separate area of the barn features an Aikido (a peaceful martial art) school which may meet a few times a week. Aikido training is complimentary for all guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property (including pier, boat ramp and river bank) except the house unless invited. Other things to note A dog may be acceptable ONLY UPON APPROVAL, and as follows: -Pick up poop. -Leashing/crating required. -Dog is not to be left unattended. -DOG IS NOT allowed on furniture. -Bring bed and food/water bowls and other pet necessities.
