Cabin includes an open concept living area with a grand central fireplace, custom dinning table with bench for extra seating, pool table, nest thermostat, STARLINK WiFi for streaming, sledding hill and large deck with view of Pinecrest peak. Ideal get away for those looking to adventure in all the activities this amazing place has to offer. The space 3 Bedrooms 2 full baths. Bedroom down stairs has 3 beds all fulls. Bedroom 2 has a queen and bedroom 3 cal king Guest access WINTER- We are located at just over 5300 feet of elevation we are one of the areas that gets the most snow fall through the year, that makes for amazing snow play, skiing and snowboarding. - Roads are plowed but we do recommend 4wd or 2wd with chains when driving in snowy conditions. We have covered parking and entrance to the home but please expect some patches of snow. - All roads up to the cabin are plowed by the county - If you are traveling during active snow fall you may need to use a shovel to enter cabin - Winter guest in the event of an active snow storm should expect to shovel some snow, prepared for possible power outages, no wifi, we do have a fireplace to heat the cabin (FIREWOOD NOT PROVIDED) and the propane grill to cook incase of an outage. If all this sounds simple enough and not intimidating then you are ready for a true winter cabin adventure! Other things to note - We provide blankets, sheets and comforter but suggest during winter you bring any extra blankets you would like to keep extra cozy. - Cabin is located at 5000 feet of elevation so temperatures usualy remain low year round, most cabins here do not have AC and during high heat waves in the valley It can get hot. We however have fans in both rooms upstairs, and two large sliding glass doors that when used in combination with the windows allows for a nice breeze throughout the cabin. - For Fireplace please bring your own firewood. - Summer We are located in a forest, please expect pine needles and some of the wild life to be present around the cabin - WIFI We are lucky to be one of the few cabins that can get a line of sight through the trees for Starlink Wifi service. Streaming is usually supported. Weather can affect connectivity. WiFi is included with your reservation for free. AT&T Service works great at the cabin. - BBQ We provide a 4 burner propane BBQ located at the back deck. Please keep in mind we no not maintain the propane. If you are inclined to do so, you can have the tank exchanged at Pinecrest market located just 5 minutes from the cabin. Please send us your receipt and we would be more than happy to reimburse you. - DOWNSTAIRS GAME ROOM AND BUNKBED ROOM Stairs are steep. Low ceiling. Please Use caution - EXTRA GUEST All guest must be registered - GARBAGE POLICY In order to better protect wildlife and limit encounters. All garbage must be packed out. Please do not leave any trash at or around the Cabin. Extra fee of 50$ per bag will be charged. - Please do not leave any trash on forrest grounds around cabin EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY. Local wildlife has damaged our cabin in the past due to small amounts of trash left by guest. Please leave no trash in the cabin, our its surroundings. Trash must be taken with you. We will do our best to advice of conditions that may effect your booking. Refunds will not be given due to snow storms. Cabin is located at 5,300 of elevation in the Sierra Nevada by pinecrest lake. Snow storms are common and to be expected. CHECK IN We do our best to be flexible and accommodate early or late check outs if possible and available. Check in is between 2-4pm and can be at anytime between those hours at the discretion of house cleaning due to road conditions and accessibility. We do our best to ensure once house cleaning is done guest are notified and can enjoy their stay as early possible! BACK DECK - deck is not shoveled for each stay during winter please expect snow on the deck if staying during summer please expect dust and pine needles
