Avondale Retreat - Private Home with Heated Pool

Enjoy the best of both worlds in Riverside! Walk or bike to many shops and restaurants in Historic Murray Hill, Avondale and Five Points, then return to your private, peaceful backyard oasis. Relax in your heated salt water pool, grill outdoors or prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen and wind down with a nightcap by the fire pit. Right off I-10 and I-95, close to the Jaguar Stadium, JAX, Mayo Clinic and only 25 minutes to Jax Beaches. The space Our home, built in 1926, is completely updated, while maintaining some of it's original charm. It's perfect for couples and families as well as business and solo travelers over the age of 21. Both bedrooms, the living room and back patio have TCL Roku TV's. There is also a portable speaker available to listen to your favorite music inside or out. The bedrooms and kitchen have a variety of chargers for all of your devices including wireless chargers in the bedrooms. A porta crib, with matress and sheets and an air mattress are available. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing and serving meals. Appliances include toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, waffle maker, blender, crock pots, coffee grinder and ninja food processor. Our separate laundry room includes a full sized Maytag washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board and a dryer rack. The backyard is fully fenced with a large covered patio, comfortable seating around the gas firepit, gas grill, dining area, and corn hole boards, chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing and of course, the heated salt water pool! The pool is heated to 82 degrees year round, except during exteme cold. The waterfalls are turned off during colder weather to preserve heat and keep the pool as warm as possible. In case you're headed out to Jax Beach we also have beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler ( which is also handy in the backyard). The driveway can fit up to 3 cars. Guest access The entire space is available to guests, inside and out. There are no shared spaces. Access is via a smart lock. We'll send your code and will be available to you via phone or text for any questions throughout your stay. Other things to note The property is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between each guest in accordance with Airbnb's COVID cleaning protocol.
