The FARMHOUSE at Lembecksburg The spacious and individually designed part of the house "Stall" is located in Stianbrag, with a fantastic view over the Borgum marsh meadows, in a quiet side street with idyllic thatched houses. Your holiday home is spread over two floors and is located in the "Bauernhaus an der Lembecksburg", a typical thatched Frisian house with a large garden. A private garden area with terrace and beach chair, as well as garden furniture are available here. It is a very cozy and at the same time modernly equipped vacation home. The vacation home was extensively renovated and modernized in 2014. It is an approx. 75 sqm apartment on two floors with two bedrooms. From the small entrance area with cloakroom is the large shower room. Then you enter the large, open kitchen area with dining table and access to the terrace. The lovingly furnished, friendly living room also invites you to spend cozy hours. A wide wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a small gallery and reading corner, a large double bedroom and built-in wardrobes, as well as a small room with two single beds in the corner, which offers ideal comfort for children. The vacation house Stall is part of the farmhouse Borgsum, which also includes the house parts "Scheune" and "Pesel". It is suitable as a "large family home". If all three parts of the house are rented, up to 14 people can be accommodated in the property. The island village of Borgsum offers a country bakery and two nice restaurants. The bike rental, the historic mill and the bus stop are minutes away. The beach is easily reached after 5 minutes by bike. Borgsum is very rural, but has a central island location. You can enjoy a beautiful view over the marsh from Lembecksburg (ring wall). A bathing doctor, dentist, shopping facilities and other cafes and restaurants can be found in the island village of Nieblum, approx. 2 km away. Apartment facilities: dishwasher, oven, stove with four hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, drying rack, washing machine and dryer in the common utility room, parking at the house. For our smallest guests, we are happy to provide a high chair and a baby crib. Wi-Fi, satellite TV screen, radio/CD player can be used.
