The space •The house is located in the much-desired area between Newburgh and New Paltz, close to the NYS Thruway and the Hudson River. Its accommodating size, easy access, and welcoming amenities make it the preferred choice of families gathering in the area to enjoy local wedding venues, visit vineyards, spend time with loved ones at New Paltz college, those wishing to be close to Newburgh or Stewart Airport, and more. •The home, lit throughout by beautiful mountain sunlight, has been completely renovated in 2022. With a classic colonial set-up, it offers abundantly generous space for lounging, leisure, dining and sleeping, spread out over two spacious floors. The property is meticulously landscaped with aesthetically-pleasing bushes and fresh grass, the perfect setting for enjoying the crisp mountain air. Sleeping arrangements and accommodations: •Each room boasts large closet spaces for storage and convenience, as well as new flat screen TV’s. •The 3 bathrooms have been completely replaced to accommodate the modern vacationers. •New washer/dryer and separate laundry room cater to all your washing needs during your stay. •As mentioned above, the master bedroom is an attraction of its own, giving you the space and comfort you desire and deserve. •A massive toy-filled children’s room sleeps 6 and provides ample space for playing, further making this home the ideal choice for large families. •A third bedroom offers a comfortable new queen bed and roomy walk-in closet. •The fourth bedroom provides two inviting twin beds for additional accommodation. the driveway has space for 6 vehicles, please do not exceed, more then 6. Please note, our pool is a salt water system, we don't use chlorine to clean the pool, instead we use a much healthier approach, with a high end salt water system, that keeps the pool chrystal clear, and clean and safe. Please be aware, the pool and hot tub, is for you to enjoy, please note that, by using this pool you agree to use it at your own risk. Pool is open, and heated to 80f, from May Thru Sept. Hot tub is Open all year round, including Winter months... Our Grill is a charcoal Grill, we do not provide charcoal, please remember to bring along the charcoal, and lighter fluid etc. fire place us wood burning remember to bring your own, please note that, unfortunately, we can't do early check-in or late check out.
