Welcome to Boo's Nest on Hyco Lake! Our property is located on Hyco Lake and is conveniently located near Roxboro, VIR, Danville, VA. Boo's Nest is a cozy two level lake front home with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, eating area and one full bathroom on the main level. This level has a nice sized deck that looks out over the shaded backyard, as well as, the boat house and cove. The lower level boasts a large family room with TV and fireplace, laundry room and a full bath. This level has double doors that open out to a sitting area and the backyard. Guests will have access to the whole house/grounds with the exception of an owner's closet on the lower level. Also, guests will not have access to the pontoon located in the dock slip. However, if a guest would like to rent a pontoon during their stay, we can assist you with a 3rd party rental. Property Management Company is available via Airbnb, phone and email. Boo's Nest is situated in a quiet neighborhood on Hyco Lake. The property is in a cove away from the direct line of boating traffic. Parking is available at the home. Please make sure you have included your pets as “guests”, as there is a pet fee of $200.00. Boo's Nest is located less than two minutes from Buoy's Restaurant at Hyco Lake Marina, which is directly across the road leading to the Person/Caswell County Lake Authority and Campground.
