The cabin features a warm, inviting living area with a cozy gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and oven, and a dining room with seating for 10. **Key Features & Amenities:** • Dedicated theater room with plush seating and a large screen • Foosball table for friendly competition • Spacious deck with a steaming hot tub and breathtaking mountain scenery • High-speed WiFi and Roku streaming on all TVs • Fully equipped kitchen with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig • Family-friendly: Highchair and Pack N' Play available • A dedicated workspace for work away from home **Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):** Main Level: • King suite with full bath, TV, and deck access. A Queen sofa bed is also in the family room. Lower Level: • Second King suite with TV, en suite bathroom, and deck access. An additional bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath. A Queen sofa bed is located in the theater room. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire cabin, including all rooms, the multi-level deck, and the private hot tub. Your reservation also includes access to the shared amenities of the Mountain Shadows Resort. **Shared Resort Amenities:** * Two swimming pools (open seasonally from May 1st to October 1st) * Playground * Pavilion Other things to note **Winter Travel:** We highly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle when visiting during the winter months (November - March), as mountain roads can be steep, winding, and become slippery with ice or snow. **Damage Waiver:** Your reservation includes coverage up to $300 in reported accidental damage. To be covered, any damage must be reported to us before you check out. Damages exceeding $300 will be the responsibility of the guest. **Resort Pools:** The two community pools are open seasonally, typically from May 1st to October 1st, weather permitting.
