Pleasant Hill Lake park and marina are located across the road with access to horseback riding trails. The space Raylin Farmhouse sits on 5 acres across from Pleasant Hill Lake Park, with easy access to Mohican and Malabar State Parks, along with numerous attractions in the Mohican area. The house is decorated in modern farmhouse style and offers a comfortable stay for friends and family get-togethers. There is plenty of parking for RVs and trailers. The outdoor areas are second to none, the house has a wrap around porch with views of the countryside from all sides. There is a separate patio firepit for relaxing and star gazing in the evenings. The barn has a covered picnic and seating area and an enclosed side for indoor games during inclement weather, such as ping ping, darts and cornhole. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, except for the basement of the house, which is used for storage and also houses utilities, such as the furnace, well pump, and electric panel. Other things to note Outdoor parties and events are permitted, but must be approved. There maybe additional cleaning fees, and port-a-potties maybe required for large groups. Small indoor parties and events are permitted with approval. No more than 10 people are permitted to stay over night in the house.
