The space Our unit is perfect for big families, two families vacationing together, or a girls/guys getaway. The master bedroom suite features a king bed, blackout drapes, bathroom with bath tub, walk-in closet, and balcony access. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and Bedroom 3 sleeps 4. Every bedroom has cable TV and Disney+. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and fully equipped, including a Keurig, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, and grill tools. The living room features a 75-inch smart TV. Out on the balcony, enjoy a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over the Halifax River. Building amenities include free high-speed WIFI, heated pool, hot tub, rec room with pool table, fitness center, and picnic area with BBQ grills. Reserved garage parking for one car is included; parking for a second car is available on a first-come-first-served basis. It's a one-minute walk to the beach from our building, and we provide towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach toys. When you're not jumping waves, take a short walk down the beach to the iconic Sunglow Pier where you can fish or grab a bite at Crabby Joe's. Catch a rocket launch from the beach, explore the shore on electric bikes you can rent nearby, or take a fishing charter out to sea. Local surf shops, restaurants, and miniature golf are within walking distance. Take a 25-minute drive south to enjoy upscale New Smyrna Beach restaurants and shopping. Guest access You will be renting a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with private balcony on the 7th floor of Sanibel Condominium on Daytona Beach Shores. You'll have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic area, club room, and fitness center which are shared by residents and guests. Gated access to the beach is through the pool area. Other things to note Daytona Beach Shores is known for a more low-key, peaceful vibe than Daytona Beach proper, so if you want to relax you've come to the right place. At the same time, our wide beach and hard-packed sand are perfect for sports and exercise -- and sand castles! You can be as chill or as active as you want here.
