My cozy St. Augustine Beach condo is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and the St. Augustine Pier & Splash Park! In addition, it's just a 5 minute drive to the St. Augustine Amphitheater and Anastasia State Park, and a 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. A prime location all around! Use your log-in to stream on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and more! - Community pool just 1 block away (not heated) - Keyless entry - High-speed wifi - Regular coffee, filters, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided - Free parking for 2 cars right next to our building - Small desk with chair and wifi printer in master bedroom - Portacrib and sheets available - Twin air mattress available in addition to the beds listed - No smoking or pets allowed inside unit (I'm allergic.) - 1 block walk to the YMCA where you can get a day pass for $10 or a week pass for just $25! Guest access Free parking (2 car max) is right next to the building. We have an electronic keypad, so self check-in is super easy. Other things to note No parties and no renters under 25, please. We're in a building with 3 other units so it's just not suitable for parties.
