Spacious 3 Bedroom house in quiet neighborhood. 2 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub. WiFi, AC, 3 TV's, and treadmill. Relax outside on the deck or enjoy a fire in the firepit. Close to Lake Winnebago, gas station, dining, downtown Oshkosh bus stop (2 blocks) and EAA. If booking for EAA, a 7 night minimum stay is required. Some flexibility for shorter stays...just ask. This is my full time residence so please be respectful of my personal belongings & food in the house. The space Cozy space with a warm "homey" feel that will allow guests to be together in one area or to spread out and do their own thing. Relax in the whirlpool bath, chill on the spacious deck or sit by the firepit on a cool fall evening. Guest access Guests have full run of the house except for the basement, including the washer and dryer and the garage, unless otherwise given permission. Also, as this is our full time residence, it is impossible to get rid of all our food and toiletries. Please be respectful and do not eat our food or use our things. Other things to note No smoking or pets in the house please Evidence of either of these will result in an extra charge of $100 each.
