Historic brick and stone Victorian home perched above the Hudson River. Unobstructed panoramic views of the river and Beacon Mountain from the upper balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on Liberty St. 10 min to Beacon. Wi-Fi, Cable, Smart TV and Sound bar. 2 Adirondack chairs, a propane BBQ grill, and a Solo-Stove fire-pit are arranged in the backyard. Freight trains, some over 80 train cars long, travel along the Hudson River waterfront. You can hear their classic horns blow as they pass through Newburgh! Ear plugs, eye masks, and blackout window shades are provided as the sunrise is beautifully strong and the train horns can be loud to some. Light sleepers, please take note.
