Come and relax at our Cozy Cottage with amazing views of nearby Cossayuna Lake and spectacular distant mountain views to the North. Sit and relax on the patio while barbecuing, roasting marshmallows over the outdoor campfire, sipping your favorite beverage, playing outdoor games, or just taking in the quiet of country life. Take a lovely walk on our walking trails or sit and enjoy the newly added gazebo! The space Downstairs has an open floorplan with living space, a full kitchen, and bathroom. Guest access All spaces are accessible and all outdoor spaces are as well. Other things to note Our Cozy Cottage is a close 20- 25-minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Racecourse, and a short drive North to Lake George Village, shopping at the Lake George Outlets and the Great Escape Theme Park. Want to stay close in the Summer, and enjoy the biggest county fair NY has to offer...The Washington County Fair is in August. Mornings can be spent relaxing on the newly remodeled front porch with a cup of coffee from our coffee station. Afternoons can be spent taking a leisurely walk around the property, hiking, playing outdoor games, reading on the deck in the Spring, Summer, and Fall, or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. The Battenkill River is a great place to swim and do some river tubing. Did you bring your kayak or canoe? Cossayuna Lake is within just a 1/4 of a mile drive where you can freely launch into the lake and enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding area. Carter's Pond Wildlife Management Area is within a 1.5-mile drive; with fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking. Maybe take a scenic drive to Vermont to shop and leaf peep in the Fall.
