Ruffin' It at Kerr Lake | New Home, Lake Access

Are you looking for camping without the bugs, with the comfort of AC, indoor plumbing, a comfy bed, but still able to enjoy the outdoors? Looking for some fishing time? Have a canine friend to bring? Then we have the house at Kerr Lake for you? One adult dog per stay allowed. All guests must be non smokers of any kind. A 5-8 min walk down the path in the back takes you to the lake. Hiking at nearby parks. Shopping, restaurants, golf, brewery, and boat ramps within 10 minutes. The space The house is a brand new 1100 sqft house completed at the end of April 2022. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one with a tub/shower combo. Two of the bedrooms and one bath are on the left side and the master suite is on the right side. You walk into the living from the screened in front porch and the dining room and kitchen are in the back past the living room. There are 2 queen beds and one double. The living room has 2 LaZBoy recliners and a couch. There is a table and 4 chairs in the dining area and a washer/dryer with provided detergent next to the dining room. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, panini press, microwave, range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Guest access The whole house is available except the master closet which is kept locked with some of the owners belongings.
