Great location for a traveling professionals looking for a temporary or long term housing. The space House is in a Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent location if your visiting Jacksonville for fun or work. Our 3- bedroom condo is furnished with a 1 King size bed, 1 queen bed, 2-twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with cookware to cook a simple meals, and a keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While cable tv is not included, we do have Roku tv with apps like Netflix and more. Feel free to use this services with your own Login and enjoy! Guest access Guest have access to entire house. Other things to note Parking: Free public parking in parking lot in front of condo. Numbered parking are for residents only. Ok for guests to use any of the un numbered spaces. Note: This unit is located on the first floor, occasionally you will hear residents walking around upstairs during the day. But its alway quiet after 10pm. Quiet time: Please be respectful of the neighbors, especially after 10PM, and keep outside noise to a minimum. Pool access- I do not offer the pool/gym as an amenity due to changes to HOA rules. Though there is a pool in the community, the new HOA rule requires that resident/host accompany and stay with guests at all times when accessing the amenity center, which is obviously not practical.
