Hilltop Farmhouse sleeps sixteen and features brand new everything! Modern meets agrarian in this original farmhouse from the late 1800’s. The Farmhouse has been stripped to its bones and 100% redone in typical Hilltop fashion. Each bedroom is outfitted with hotel quality bedding and large screen smart TVs. The kitchen is ultra-modern with brand new appliances including a 36” cooktop, double oven, two refrigerators including an oversized commercial style refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, copper hardware, and a beautiful slab of white quartz countertop. Fire roars in a large stone fireplace in the living room surrounded by leather couches, towering windows with amazing views, and a 65” ‘frameless’ Samsung ‘smart’ TV. Four bathrooms are encased in sleek custom tile, and the master bathroom boasts an exceptionally large double shower and a two-person sauna with light therapy and Bluetooth speakers. The property sits on 5 private acres, and those five acres share another 130 private acres with our three other properties. Over four miles of trails meander thru magical fields and forests just beyond Hilltop Castle for your group to enjoy - so don’t forget to pack your hiking boots or snowshoes. These trails enter ‘Hilltop’s Enchanted Forest’ and travel thru the homes of wild animals indigenous to the woods of Northeast Pennsylvania such as: red and gray fox, white-tailed deer, cottontail rabbits, bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, wood frogs, northern spring peepers, blue-spotted salamanders, flying squirrels, wild turkeys and great horned owls (just to name a few). SURROUNDING AREA Adventure awaits just minutes from the Farmhouse! Go whitewater rafting, kayaking, or fishing on the Delaware River. Did you rent the Castle, the Mansion or the Lodge but want to swim while you watch the snow fall? The indoor pool is open all year, and the farmhouse can be rented as overflow space for any of our other Hilltop properties. Pet Fee - $125 per pet ( Dogs only) Additional Guest Fee: The property accommodates up to 16 guests, but we allow a maximum of 21. Please note that we do not provide extra beds or bedding beyond 16 guests. There is a fee of $150 per person, per night for each guest over the 16-person limit. Bedroom 1: Master suite with a king bed, located on the second floor. Includes a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed on the second floor with a bonus room featuring a twin bed. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3: Queen bed on the second floor. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 4: Queen bed located on the first floor, just off the dining room. Full bathroom located next to the bedroom. Bedroom 5: Queen bed on the first floor. Shares a bathroom with Bedrooms 6 and 7. Bedroom 6: Queen bed on the first floor. Shares a bathroom with Bedrooms 5 and 7. Bedroom 7: Bunk bed setup that sleeps 3 (twin on top, full on bottom). Located on the first floor. Shares a bathroom with Bedrooms 5 and 6.
