The Rio Del Mar Beach House is just a two-minute walk from Rio Del Mar and Seacliff State Beaches featuring 20 miles of walkable sand in both directions (down to Monterey or north to Santa Cruz)! The space - Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests - 3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - 2 parking spaces in the driveway. This home is on a private street and neighbors can be very sensitive to where people park. Please only park in the driveway. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard w/ outdoor seating, bbq, hot tub & firepit Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire house and backyard. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an earlier check-in or bag drop. This helps us ensure our team has sufficient time preparing the unit for your arrival, while maintaining Airbnb's enhanced cleaning process and social-distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines.
