This gorgeous, private home has been extensively updated with oak floors, quartz countertops, luxury plank flooring, new light fixtures, a new exterior entryway, and landscaping which includes retaining walls, a paved walkway, and a patio area. The living room has a high-efficiency Opel wood-burning fireplace and oversized windows which offer a stunning view of the water and gorgeous sunsets. Oneida Overlook is a dream location in any season. Oneida County boasts over 1100 miles of snowmobile trails in the county that are groomed for the perfect ride throughout the snow season. The snowmobile trail conveniently runs just along the north side of Hancock Lake and connects to an additional 500+ miles of trail in Vilas County. With three bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, Oneida Overlook is the perfect destination for family vacations in Wisconsin's Northwoods. Hancock lake is 260 acres, a great lake size for exploration by pontoon, kayak, or canoe! Known for great fishing, anglers can reel in musky, panfish, bass, pike, and walleye! Bring your boat along or reserve a watercraft with Hiller Vacation Homes to begin your lake adventure! Other things to note *We, sadly, are unable to provide towels. Please plan to bring your own! *We provide all bed linens, two backup rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, a small bottle of dish soap, one small bar of hand soap at each sink, and two (total) trash can liners per container. *Spices and condiments are not provided. *Firewood is not provided for your stay. Please plan on purchasing some in the area for your reservation. If there is any firewood left near your firepit you are welcome to use it! There are local vendors that sell bundles of firewood. *Please do not transport firewood from town to town to prevent any spread of invasive pests. *
