OUTDOOR OASIS * Saltwater Pool: Take a refreshing swim (open seasonally, May 1st - September 30th). * Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in the year-round hot tub. * Private Pier & Dock: A private pier and float dock on deep water are perfect for fishing, boating, swimming, and kayaking. * Multiple Decks & Patios: Numerous seating, dining, and lounging areas across the backyard, boathouse deck, and pool patio. * Grilling & Firepit: Cook meals on the propane grill or wood pellet smoker, then gather around the firepit for s'mores (firewood provided). COMFORTABLE INDOOR LIVING * Living Room (Upstairs): A comfortable space with a couch, two recliners, a 75” Smart HD TV (with basic Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video), board games, cards, and books. * Kitchen (Upstairs): Fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a range/oven with air-fry technology. Includes a crockpot, blender, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. A starter pack of coffee, tea, and kitchen basics is provided. * Sunroom (Upstairs): A beautiful dining and relaxation area with a table for 6-8, offering stunning lake views. * Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Features a King Bed, a dedicated desk with a chair for a workspace, a dresser, and a closet. * Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Contains a Queen Bed, bench, dresser, and closet. * Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): An open-concept room with one Full Bed and a set of Bunkbeds (Twin XL mattresses). Please note there is no closet in this room. * Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one on each level. * Laundry: A laundry closet is located downstairs for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home and its wonderful amenities, including the pool, hot tub, private pier, and all living areas. Access is simple and secure with a unique keyless entry code provided for your stay—no keys to worry about! For your convenience, an EV charger is available for use. The only areas not accessible to guests are the garage, one locked interior storage room, and the on-property boat ramp (for safety reasons). Other things to note * Pool & Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for you to enjoy all year. The saltwater pool is open seasonally from May 1st through September 30th. * Amenities Provided: We provide Wi-Fi, all bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels. You'll also find complimentary firewood for the firepit and a cornhole set for outdoor fun. * Discounts: The longer you stay, the more you save! There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas. * Simple Check-Out: Check-out is easy!
