Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming and kayaking right off the private pier or float dock located on deep water. You will be at peace while gazing at the water views from the boathouse deck, the pool patio or dock. Discover multiple places thru out the back yard to enjoy sitting, dining, lounging by yourself or hanging out as a group. Once the sun goes down experience a beautiful sunset, grill your favorite meal and light up the firepit to enjoy some time together while roasting some s’mores. Inside the house you will discover upstairs offers a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two well-appointed bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), one full bathroom and a sunroom to both dine and relax in while taking in the beautiful views. No need to strip beds. • Leave out any extra blanket, pillows, and towels that were used. • Load and turn on dishwasher with any final dishes. • Lock up house and have a safe trip back home.
