New Serra mattress with your choice of pillows, 2 TVs, Kitchenette with many appliances, 3 playrooms for kids, and a comfortable family room with four recliners in the sectional. You will enter through your own new private entrance with a keypad entry. The bedroom has a brand new Serta mattress with a bamboo hypoallergenic mattress pad and plenty of extra blankets and linens in the closet. The bathroom is supplied with extra toiletries, towels and a blow dryer. The kitchenette features a disposal, microwave, convection oven, coffee maker, crock pot, waffle iron, hot plate, toaster, small fridge & freezer, and lots of dishes. This place boasts three fun playrooms to entertain the kids: a castle room with royal toys and accessories, a schoolroom with everything you can imagine, and a cabin/playhouse with play food and dishes to keep the young cooks busy for hours. When the weather permits you can also enjoy the playground in the backyard with a little clubhouse, slide, swings, and trampoline. You can also just relax on the patio while you cook your dinner on the grill! This place is sure to put a smile on everyone's face! Guests can access the back patio for relaxing of cooking on the grill. They also have full access to the playground, with a playhouse, swings, a slide, monkey bars, and sandbox. We can greet you when you arrive and give you the access code to come and go as you need. You could also do self check-in if that works better. This is our primary home so we're available whenever you need us, and you can text us any time. We are less than a mile from historic Salem Pond where you can kayak, fish, or just play in the water. The Krishna Temple and Stokes Grocery Store are only 2 miles away, and it's less than 3 miles to the Payson LDS Temple. Drive up Payson Canyon and you quickly discover the beauty of the scenic Nebo Loop and many camping, hiking and fishing areas. We are less than a mile to the bus stop where UTA can pick you up and take you in to Provo to catch the Front Runner train that can connect you to American Fork, Salt Lake, Ogden or several ski resorts. You will enter the house through a common front door, then go down stairs to where the quest suite is. There isn’t a private entrance, but a door at the bottom of the stairs has a lock to secure your privacy while you stay.
