It has two private patios, front and back, and parking for three cars (big plus), bikes and boogie boards ! The ocean and sunset views are spectacular. You can see Ventura Harbor to Catalina & Ana Capa Islands to Santa Barbara... just breathtaking. Ventura is one of the safest cities in America, so you can relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. If you want the local town vibe, Main Street is 10 minutes away and offers everything from shopping, restaurants, theaters, jazz and wines bars, spas and coffee houses.
