It is situated on the 1st floor (no elevator). It comes with an open modern kitchen, a bright living room with a 140*200 sofa bed, an HD TV, a decorative fireplace and a balcony. On the mezzanine (maximum height 1m50), you will find a lovely bedroom with a 160*200 bed. Plus, downstairs, you will enjoy too a beautiful bathroom with a shower and toilets. Did you know that ? There is a metal slab on the blacony dedicated to the French painter Pierre PUVIS DE CHAVANNES, who was born in this building :) ATTENTION : the stairs are not secured with a railing. If you travel with children, you must watch them at all times. This is the perfect place for a touristic or professional stay. WIFI available. You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...). Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartment's door.
