The space On the ground floor, you will discover a large 60 m² living room composed of a living room and a dining room. - The living room is cozy and consists of 2 large comfortable sofas as well as other seating, a pellet stove and a Smart TV. - A beautiful spacious dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen (raclette, fondue, plancha, mixer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and filter machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc.).   Throughout the year, enjoy the view thanks to the large bay window. Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, extra fridge and staircase leading upstairs. Upstairs, 4 beautiful bedrooms await you with quality bedding: Bedroom 1: large double bed (180 x 200) which can also be arranged into 2 separate beds (90 x 200) on request. Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 190) + pull-out bed (option 1 or 2 places) + baby bed + desk. Bedroom 3: double bed (140 x 190). Bedroom 4: double bed (140 x 190). 1 extra baby cot is available upon request. Each room is equipped with a dresser or wardrobe. A special inflatable bed for children (between 3 and 6 years old) is also available on request.   A separate toilet and two bathrooms. Bathroom 1: large bathtub + shower + towel dryer + double sink + hairdryer. Bathroom 2: shower + sink + towel rail.   In the 1500 m² garden, a large wooden terrace with a dining table and a cozy sofa area. An 8-seater Jacuzzi is present and usable year-round. Petanque court and barbecue are at your disposal.   All amenities are just a few minutes away by car, the house enjoying an excellent location.   The price includes utilities, bed linen only (bath towels and tea towels are not provided), end-of-stay cleaning. In order to respect the neighborhood and the calm of the village, parties and evenings are prohibited.   We prefer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
