All restaurants and activities in Rosemary Beach Town Square are a short stroll away! Private deeded beach access to the turquoise waters is a short walk or free tram ride away! Within walking distance to the west, you'll find even more restaurants & shops in Alys Beach! No car needed! The space Our place is professionally decorated with relaxing coastal decor! For your comfort, you'll find a roomy sectional in the living room, king beds in both the master and 2nd bedroom, and full over full bunks in the bunk room, as well as mounted flat screen smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. We have a well-stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer to make you feel right at home regardless of how long you stay (and we hope it's a LONG time!) Hang out on the beach, take a long run, walk or bike ride along 30A's charming 18-mile biking/running/walking path to explore the various unique beach communities, go to a spa, visit outdoor art installations, work out at a cool nearby fitness center with an outdoor option, play tennis, get a massage, do yoga in the sunshine, attend a festival, explore the 4 nearby state parks with hiking trails, fish, take a nature walk, paddle board or kayak on a dune lake, shop, peruse the art galleries, catch the game on a big screen, eat at an amazing restaurant, grab a delicious dessert or sweet treat, go to a Farmer's Market, enjoy some live music on the lawn or at various restaurants, find a game of cornhole, relax on the shady private balcony, take the kids to various scheduled kid's activities, and more! Guest access You will have access to our private deeded beach and tram which runs seasonally. You will have access as well to all of the Village of South Walton amenities, including a large community pool that is refreshing in the summer and heated in the other seasons, a zero-entry splash pad pool with fountains, (great for kids) hot tub, gas grills with patio to eat al fresco, and lots of great shops, restaurants, and galleries. You will also enjoy the 18-mile biking/walking/running path, bike rentals at Peddlers 30A, and Seacrest Sundries, our community grocery. In the evening, the community green right downstairs is a wonderful place for couples, friends, and families to gather after a great day at the beach to enjoy great seasonal entertainment, dinner, and drinks. So simple and relaxing...everything you need is onsite, but you are also steps away from Rosemary and Alys Beach for so much additional shopping and dining! These communities often offer outdoor movies, festivals and year-round farmer's markets for all to enjoy, as well as outdoor art installations and gorgeous little "secret gardens" waiting to be discovered. Take a daytime or evening stroll and enjoy all the beauty this area has to offer! Other things to note Rosemary Beach Town Center and Alys beach are both within walking distance and include additional restaurants, galleries, shops, spas, salons, and fitness options. Many of our guests rave about not needing a car with so much to do within walking/biking distance, but for longer stays, there's even more to do at nearby beach communities just a few miles away! This whole area is both family-friendly and romantic, with a decidedly upscale vibe! The gorgeous turquoise ocean and white sands rival the Caribbean! 30A is one of only 2 areas in the country that has coastal dune lakes, and we are so fortunate to be able to paddle board and kayak on them! There are 4 state parks in the area that have hiking trails, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, picnicking, and more! The 18-mile walking/hiking/biking paved trail that takes you to various unique beach communities is unmatched! There's truly nowhere like our community...it's one of a kind!
