L'AvantGardiste is a spacious 6 bedroom duplex (In attic) of Les Mischabels building. Building listed in the hitparade of the hundred most beautiful buildings built in Switzerland between 1960 - 1975. In summer we will love the outdoor spaces, the view from the terraces, the golf courses and the lake. In winter we will love the warmth of the house and the proximity to the ski slopes. The duplex is fully equipped for optimal comfort to accommodate large families. The space On the ground floor, you access the apartment on a large entrance with large storage cupboards. It overlooks a large open living space that includes the modern kitchen renovated in 2022, a living room with panoramic views and pretty terrace, as well as two bedrooms, one with its bathroom, and finally a guest toilet. By taking the stairs we arrive on the landing of the floor which gives access to two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, but also to the master room which is just like an additional apartment in the duplex with an office room (or additional bedroom), a bathroom adjoining the bedroom. The view from the bedroom and the office is panoramic, the two rooms give access to the second terrace. Organization of the rooms: Depending on the number of people for the reservation we might close one or two rooms (For reservations with few people).
