L'AvantGardiste is a very spacious 6 bedroom duplex, located in the penthouse of the Les Mischabels building (Building listed in the hitparade of the hundred most beautiful buildings built in Switzerland, between 1960 - 1975). In summer, you will love the proximity to lakes and golf courses, the view from the terraces, the walks. In winter you will love the warmth of the home and the proximity to the ski slopes. The duplex is fully equipped for optimal comfort to accommodate large families. The space On the ground floor, you access the apartment on a large entrance with large storage closets. This opens onto a large open living space that includes the modern kitchen renovated in 2022, a living room with panoramic views and a pretty terrace, as well as two bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, and finally a guest toilet.
