Nature cottage in Normandy, Switzerland

Stéphane and Karine welcome you to an old independent press of 90 m2 located on their 7 hectare property, a place to disconnect in a preserved natural environment. Away without being isolated, you will be surrounded by meadows and woods, with 3 streams, a pond and lots of animals (donkey, horses, pony, ducks, etc.). Ideally located for discovering the Suisse Normande, renowned for its hikes, Clécy, Pont D'ouilly and Roche d'Oëtre are nearby and the sea is 1 hour's drive away. The space The totally independent cottage is located at the end of a path in the middle of nature, a hundred meters from the owners' house. Newly renovated in 2022, the cottage was designed to be a real place of rest and disconnection. The cottage consists of: * on the ground floor: a large bright living room with fully fitted and equipped kitchen area (large fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) and living room with lounge (library provided, screen/DVD, fireplace with wood-burning stove). The set gives outside by a large bay window on a large terrace. * upstairs: 3 comfortable and cozy bedrooms each with a 140 x 200 double bed, quality bedding, a chair and storage. For more comfort and real privacy, each room has its own shower room and separate toilet. Each has a hair dryer. * The cottage has a large private garden, with a large terrace of 35 m2 furnished with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, sun loungers... You can hear a small stream passing just under the terrace and feeding the pond located right next to the cottage where chickens and ducks roam. * Private parking (not enclosed and not guarded - 3 places) Most : * everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating and wood for the stove (depending on the season), Given the price increase and for the sake of eco-responsibility, our residents are asked to have a reasoned use of energy. * all beds are made on arrival, towels available in the shower rooms, * to get your stay off to a good start, a grocery store is provided (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.), as well as toilet paper, household products and hand soap. NB: Due to the presence of several waterways around the cottage (notably at the edge of the terrace) and to the extent that no specific facilities are provided for young children (in particular, there are no barrier to block access to the staircase leading upstairs), the place is not suitable for to young children.
