On the ground floor: large living/dining room (wood stove, TV), equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine), bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 cm). Baby bed. Enclosed courtyard with barbecue and garden furniture. Private parking. One pet allowed free of charge, within the limit of one.
