The space The 72 m2 apartment with a large balcony is on the 8th floor of a modern building, in a secure and green residence. There are two entrances on two different streets: one on the Saint-Fargeau metro side and one close to the Télégraphe metro. Paid parking is nearby. The living room and two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. Manual blinds equip the living room and electric blinds equip both bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements: * Adult bedroom: one 160 cm queen size bed for 2 people. * Children's room: a 90 x 180 bunk bed for 2 children. * Living room: 120 x 180 sofa bed for 2 people. * 2 extra beds: folding floor mattresses with pillow and bedding. * Baby cot available upon request. The comfortable living room consists of a seating area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, 4K TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Freebox, 5.1 sound, Chromecast key, dock to connect a Nintendo Switch, and a dining area with a table for 6/8 guests. Bluetooth speakers allow you to play your music in the apartment. High-speed internet is available via Wi-Fi. An installed repeater allows optimal network quality throughout the apartment and the part of the balcony located near the bedroom.
