Quiet house with spa, view and space

The space Last house in the village, refurbished in 2022, on the south side. Large enclosed yard, ideal if you have a dog. On the ground floor: a living room, fireplace, friendly and well-equipped kitchen, leather living room and extendable dining table. Separate bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: - 2 adult bedrooms (140 beds) - 1 mixed bedroom: 1 single bed (suitable for an adult) and 2 bunk beds for children - closets to settle in well. 2 baby cots are also available. Insulation, heating and fireplace to be comfortable year-round. Games available: badminton, pétanque, tennis in the town, board games... TV, music (Bluetooth), Chromecast for modernity. The large terrace has an extendable table for 10 people and a barbecue that will allow you to entertain, a hanging chair and a relaxing chair for idleness. The Nordic bath (jacuzzi variant) is installed outside and available year-round. It will allow you to either cool off with the heating off and in the shade during the day, or to relax at 38°C, if it is cool or in winter. So, aren't we doing well here? And if you're really looking for even more isolation, you can always go hang the hammock under the trees at the bottom of the meadow or go on the paths that start from the house. ***Given the power consumption required to maintain the temperature 24/7, we will ask you for an additional charge of €10/day to provide you with the jacuzzi. To be paid on site (24 hours required to bring it to temperature). ***Low season rates from Sunday to Thursday: extend your weekend, try "tracances" or telecommuting by the fireplace or on the terrace at a reduced rate! Guest access The road is a bit narrow in the village, but you won't have to go up the mountain. Convenient if you want to move around and no snow problems. No parking problems for several cars. You have a garage to store your bikes or motorcycles. Unfortunately, there is no shop within walking distance, so a vehicle is necessary to get supplies. You will still find a restaurant and a guinguette at the bottom of the village. The whole house is for you, the jacuzzi too (our help is mandatory at the start to operate it). Please note: the floor is served by a fairly steep staircase, which can cause difficulties for people with mobility issues. Other things to note We thought of this place so that it can satisfy as many people as possible in any season, without worrying about sheets, linens, cleaning... Whether you are looking for calm, a base camp, a love refuge, a house to play with the children, spend the holidays or on the contrary work remotely green, we have what it takes (new 2025: the internet comes through fiber!). *** Available for free in the house: - 3 bikes (basic mountain bikes), - full badminton set, - petanque balls, - indoor and outdoor games, - 2 adult rackets and 2 teenage rackets and tennis balls (free access to a court), - 2 snowshoes for walking in the snow - hammock to hang - magazines and tour guides, etc. *** Charging your electric vehicle: slow charging is possible, in this case, a fee of €10/day for each day during the stay will be applied (availability to be confirmed). ***Do you have any horses (experience already lived)?
