We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ajaccio, this charming air-conditioned flat with sight sea, with less than 200 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a nice terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 14 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC. - Bedroom 2: two double beds (140×190) bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Exterior: - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days. Exterior common to the residence: - A shared, heated 15 x 10 m swimming pool, open from early April to late October (opening date not contractual), secured by a fence and a gate. Sun beds and parasols are available. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities.
