A large green lawn frames the estate where the large swimming pool (17 meters x 7) reigns majestically, with a solarium equipped with deck chairs and loungers all around. The cozy vaults accommodate up to 6 to 8 people on vacation in Valle d`Itria. The living area consists of living room with dining room, TV and fireplace, adjacent to thekitchenette with masonry kitchen and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower room, air conditioning, safe, TV and direct exit to the garden and 1 double bedroom with French bed (140 cm) in the trullo, also with air conditioning and en suite shower room. In the access hallway to the trullo there is also an alcovewith double bed that offers itself as a relaxation area or for 2 additional extra beds. Completing the interior is the fourth full shower room. Among the accessories, there are also washing machine, mosquito nets, wi-fi internet, video surveillance, decoder. Guest access The villa is made up of a complex of ancient trulli and has 3 bedrooms, an alcove with 2 additional beds and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 6 + 2 sleeps. The villa is carefully restored with fine finishing and furniture where every room has been equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, mosquito nets) to make the guest's stay even more enjoyable. Through the dining room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower are accessible two sleeping areas (each room has an independent access and exit to the outside). To the right a little hallway leads to the first two double bedrooms, each one with TV, safe and bathroom with en-suite shower (one of two bathrooms is also equipped with a double shower and sinks). On the left, through a small hallway with alcove, you can reach the third bedroom (with a 140 cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower. The alcove can be used as a relaxation area or where can be arranged 2 additional beds for children.
