There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Other things to note Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver of 53.50 EUR, that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit of 400 EUR, held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee. Please note, we do not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and tax regulations, we provide receipts only, and only in the name of the guest who made the reservation on Airbnb. Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies, only in the name of the person who made the booking on the details of their platform guest profile. Guests may download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
