40 min drive from Geneva airport and 25 min from Annecy's lake, enjoy a distinct experience in a charming cottage with private SPA (available all year) and heated pool, within a beautiful natural scenery. Share a unique stay, as a couple, with friends , including best services: Champagne as a welcome gift, unlimited SPA, air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, flat screen with Netflix, welcome products, garden of 200sqm at your disposal... The space "Roulotte Paradis" cottage is contemporary, refined and spacious (21sqm), equipped in a way to provide the highest comfort. Capacity: 2 adults (adult only). The main room includes a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, hotplates, microwave grill, fridge with freezer...), a dining area for 4 people, a sofa bed (120x185), a 100cm flat screen with Netflix, Prime video and Freebox TV included, WIFI, bluetooth speaker. The bathroom is equipped with an XXL shower (90x100), hand basin, toilet and hair dryer. The bedroom is independent, with a cocooning bed (140x200) and a high quality mattress. Outside, you benefit from a private garden of 200sqm separated from the rest of the property, with a terrace offering you an amazing view. A gas griddle is available from June to September. Your private SPA is a top quality jacuzzi, sheltered and heated all year: 1 lounging place, 2 sitting places and chromotherapy function. Guest access The access to your accommodation is independent, to ensure freedom and privacy. The rest of the property is also accessible in specific time slots, with its heated swimming pool from June 15th to August 31st (on demand, from 5pm to 7pm). You can find everything within 10 minutes: local products, supermarkets, services, restaurants... Around you will find a lots of tourist activities: Annecy with its lake and old town, mountains, castles, local markets, sports... On site you can go hiking in the forest. Other things to note Included : cleaning+laundry package, bed made on arrival, household linen, welcome products, courtesy tray, bathrobes, slippers, Champagne...
