Benicha Luxury Villas presents Villa Casa Coral Sosua! This stunning villa is nestled within an exclusive premium gated community, just 5 minutes from downtown Sosua & 15 minutes from Cabarete. Our guests love the semi-private beach across the street. All the entertainment is here including; Sony Playstation 5 and a Sonos entertainment system, new jacuzzi, an outdoor bar, billiard table, pool & ping-pong table, and an outdoor dining area. Concierge services and daily maid service are available. The space We designed Casa Coral Cabarete Sosua to be the ultimate vacation paradise, offering an incomparable experience for gathering and relaxing with friends and family. Our secure, beachfront villa provides guests with three immersive levels to explore: an indoor coral cave, a ground-level pool and play area, and a second-level wrap-around balcony with a sundeck and jacuzzi for ultimate lounging. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa spans 4800 usable square feet. Each bedroom boasts its own attached bathroom with a private entrance, air conditioning, a fan, and a 42" smart HDTV. You'll find ample storage and closet space for longer stays, and two bedrooms include additional sofa-beds. The living room also features extra sleep chaises. We've thoughtfully included luxurious and personal touches throughout the villa for your comfort. Our living room is a hub of entertainment, featuring a 106" high-definition projector with streaming services and a PlayStation 5 gaming system. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the villa, and an integrated Bluetooth and Sonos home theater and music system covers both the house and pool area. For more fun, you'll find a full-size pool table, a ping pong table, and a selection of adult and family board/card games. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking with stainless steel appliances. The patio/pool area features a BBQ grill. Electricity and hot water are included. For your convenience, private chef and cooking services can be arranged. This service costs $100.00 USD per day plus the cost of food for two selected meals (breakfast or lunch, and dinner) for up to 8 people. Larger groups can be accommodated for an additional $12.00 USD per person. Casa Coral offers 24-hour access to Playa Laguna beach, located directly across the street. While other villas may advertise "beach" access, our villa is literally steps away. We also provide beach towels and equipment on site. The area and accommodations truly are one of a kind!
