Parking: The parking spots are in front of the townhouse. Resort pass sharing is not allowed. Additional Services (requires extra payment): -Pool heat ($35 a day) Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival. The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay. -Grill Rental 3 Burner ($85/week) 4 Burner ($105/week) Please send your grill request 1 week before your arrival. Please note that the oil pan should be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained. You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure Amenities at the property • Linens and bathroom towels - The towels provided are for bathroom use. The 12 pieces of pool towels are for pool, beach, and waterpark usage, etc. • Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel - Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay - You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
