This cozy four season cottage is fully furnished with quilts & pillows, and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The living room has comfy couches, Roku tv and wifi is included. Maple Ridge is approximately 200 ft from the shoreline of Clear Lake and is right on the Seguin trail and close to provincial parks. The space There is a deck facing the lake on this cottage and nice sized windows so that you have a great overview of the property. This cottage has three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a sturdy bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top and another bedroom with a double and a single bed. A propane furnace keeps this cottage toasty warm and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. In the centre of the property, there is a communal playground and firepit and the firewood is included in your rental fee. Guest access Some helpful tips upon your arrival! 1. Maple Ridge is located close to the lake so when you see the Stillwater Cottages sign, turn in and drive down till you see the main house which has black siding and your cottage is directly across from it on the right. 2. You can park directly in front of the cottage for easy unloading/loading 3. The door is open and there is a key inside for your use while you are here. 4. Our internet password is: makememories 5. TV is on the fireplace. There is a remote to help you navigate the Roku 6. On the fridge there is information on how to contact us as well as other pertinent information. Other things to note While we do allow pets during the spring, fall and winter, we do have a no pet policy for the summer months.
