Our Villa is located in the residential area of Siesta Key Village. The Village offers many restaurants, shopping, and nighttime entertainment. Mid modern century design and architecture, our Villa is ground level with one reserved parking space directly in front. There is a back gate door, which provides an entrance directly into the heart of Siesta Key Village. Our Villa has vaulted ceilings and a split layout plan. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is a queen-sized inflatable bed for extra guests. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and are separated by a living area for more privacy. Bedrooms also feature dressers, closets and hangers for your unpacking needs. We have one lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our Villa features tiled floors throughout as well as Air Conditioning. Our charming Villa has been renovated with a new kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated electrical, and pendant lighting. The fully equipped kitchen includes: coffee maker; tea kettle; toaster; microwave; kitchen dishes, cooking dishes, mugs, cups, glasses, and basic pantry items. Keep all the comforts of home with high speed broadband Internet access and flat screen TVs in every room. 50" HDTV with DVR and Streaming WiFi Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room. Also included: washing machine and dryer; linens, bath towels, and beach towels; ironing board and iron; hair dryer; beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler, beach toys, beach cart (to put everything in), and outdoor shower. Enjoy the brick paver patio with table and six chairs for outdoor dining and / or relaxing and charcoal grill. Brand new Patio Umbrella with solar-powered, LED lighting for evening ambience! Siesta Key is an 8 mile long, crescent-shaped barrier island easily accessible by one of two bridges connecting it to the Mainland of Sarasota. Siesta Key has 4 main areas, Siesta Beach, Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Village, each with their own, unique character and charm. Just north of Siesta Beach, Siesta Key Village has many stores ranging from hip and funky to high-end boutiques and, of course, we wouldn't be a beach town without the beach accessory and souvenir shops. This mostly pedestrian village is an ideal spot to shop, enjoy a casual bite or fine dining, check out the local music scene or just people watch. You'll also find a drug store, a post office, and the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce at Davidson's Plaza. You can also rent bikes, fun cars, segways, etc. You won’t want to miss the enjoyment of live music at the Siesta Key Drum Circle! Drum Circle takes place about an hour (or two) before Sunset, every Sunday, at Public Beach, just past the Volleyball Courts, before the Lifeguard Stands. Please be aware that Turtle Nesting Season is May 1st - October 31st. Please do not disturb the Turtle Nests! We have one, reserved, permit parking space. There is a Pet Fee of $200 per rental. Pets may not exceed 50 lbs. Must be spayed or neutered. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended. Pet Addendum is included in Rental Agreement.
