Anne's Place - Relax and recharge - Perfect base to explore the Cairngorms from!

Our newly renovated house is ready for your arrival. It is set in the quiet village of Boat of Garten in the Cairngorn National Park. This house provides two king sized double bedrooms, one bunk bed room and a single bedroom with pull out. It benefits from a large open plan living room, with cosy winter fire and large kitchen and dining room table. It also benefits from an amazing eco thermal battery store water system and smart wifi electric radiators. We have two bathrooms, a large shower and bath downstairs and a small WC upstairs. There is a large boot room/porch entrance for all your boots, bags and coats. We love well behaved dogs - but not in the bedrooms please. We know you will want to bring your bikes and action gear with you - so we have a purpose built bike shed in the garden to safely store your items away at the end of the day. Our garden is full enclosed and quite big. Its a great safe space to relax in. Please take a look at the pictures. PS - We are small family friendly, so the stairs have a stair gate, we have a travel cot and high chair that you can use also.
