Perfect for families or cosy for couples. New organic sheets and towels. One thing to note - access is via a narrow gate off the street. It seems daunting at first but is do-able in a transit van. Guest access Parking outside the The Barn is via a narrow alley, but totally do-able and space for 2 cars, 3 with a squeeze. Everything in Modbury is walk-able to shops and pubs.
