Divided into 2 distinct, separate sides guests occupy the S end of the house with use of the entire backyard. The charming space, we now call an "apt", is a 800 sq ft 1BR/1B that is entirely yours w/original hardwood floors & preserved antique tile. Apt & Kitchen have been updated & are fully equipped. The space Our place is bright, cheery, and uniquely decorated and is close to everything you could want or need in amenities, entertainment, and water sports in Central Fla. The living room has decorative fireplace, comfortable couch & love seat, with additional seating + Armoire with TV & Internet. Dining room has full size table with extra leaf to seat 6 with beautiful buffet. Kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless Steel Fridge, Glass Stovetop w/Oven, Dishwasher, & Microwave with Granite Countertops and Backsplash. A Kingsize bed with comfy bedding, soft velvety chair, TV, and small computer desk are in the bedroom. Clothes Dresser is just outside the full bath. Bathroom has preserved antique tile with added new shower with granite & gorgeous stained glass. All linens and towels are provided. Large backyard has small wooden deck with chairs. Laundry room has a stackable unit so you can wash at will. Guest access Self Checkin via lockbox provides a seamless entry with owners only a phone call or text away. There is plenty of free parking on the property for cars, trucks, boats, and/or trailers. Guests have full and exclusive use of the 800 Sq Ft Apt and Backyard. Everyone that stays here loves it and can't stop talking about how peaceful the house is.
