Fern Creek House is located close to town, at the edge of the property, and next to a small creek. You will have convenience, privacy, and extraordinary views. Best suited for those able/willing to negotiate stairs. This is one of three rentals available on this property. The other house is a duplex. Rent all or a combination to bring a large group of family / friends together in one location (in all, beds for 12 - 14 people). This two-story house is bright and airy with natural light flooding in through the large south and east facing windows. The furnishings are tasteful and add to the comfortable feel of the house. We aspire to make your stay pleasant, relaxing, and an all around satisfying experience. The entire house is for you private use. We are not always physically available to greet guests. We are, however, only a phone call away. Your interaction with us will be at your discretion, unless we need to contact you. This house is one of two houses on the property, and is located on one corner of the acre of land in an older Homer neighborhood. Situated on the lower end of East Hill Road, Fern Creek House enjoys the views (from both decks) which are so very much that special Homer experience. You will probably want a car as Homer is quite spread out and much to see. There are a few different vehicle rental companies in the area. Please be aware that the bathroom in this house is on the first floor and both bedrooms are on the second.
