This charming ocean side cottage overlooking Eastern Harbor has clear water views and easy access to the water's edge for boat launching or beach combing via a 60 yard shore road. The cottage has delightful gardens stocked with shasta daisies, rose campions and pansies (to name a few). There is garden furniture on the lawn overlooking the flowerbeds and the ocean. The space Equipped with all modern conveniences (oil central heating, air conditioning, washer, dryer, smart TV, microwave, coffee maker and blender) the cottage is very comfortable. It It sleeps from two to five. Sleeping Arrangements: There is a master bedroom upstairs with two twin beds which are pushed together for greater coziness, there's a built-in bed in the lighthouse room downstairs, as well as new sofa bed in the sitting room.
